We had a fantastic stay at Na Vela Village in Koh Lanta! The value for money was great, and our room, the Pavilion, was beautifully furnished and designed. The location was perfect, with restaurants and stores just a few minutes away, and we could easily explore the whole island with a scooter rental from the hotel. The staff, especially hostess Wawa, were super friendly and helpful.
The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of options.

This hidden gem of a hotel exceeded all our expectations. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the fresh bottles of water in the rooms to the comfortable beds with balconies. The location couldn't have been better, with the ferry and different beaches just minutes away. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, starting each day off on the right foot.
No complaints at all, everything was absolutely perfect!

We had a great time during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also appreciated the fact that we could rent a scooter for a reasonable price and explore different parts of the island.
The rooms were not as expected. The pictures on the website did not match the reality.
